Kotpad, Dec, 26: A new room of the BPHC has been inaugurated at the Kotpad Group Health Center premises. Kotpad MLA Rupu Latra inaugurated the room. The inauguration ceremony was attended by NAC President M. Shankar Rao, Block Chairperson Kamala Bhatra, among other guests.
The program was organized under the chairmanship of Kotpad Group Health Center Officer Ranjit Das, with the presence of all doctors, health workers, representatives from Bharat Media including Ajay Mishra, and members of parliament and legislative representatives along with all staff. Discussions were held regarding the CHC.
Special discussions were conducted about filling vacant doctor positions in various departments, along with the installation of an X-ray machine and ultrasound machine. To provide better service to patients, the doctors and health workers present were requested by MP representative Chandrashekhar Das. The MLA instructed that monthly executive meetings should be held regularly. He also assured that ambulance services would be arranged immediately. The MLA stated that a demand would be submitted to the government for the recognition of Kotpad CHC Subdivision Hospital.
