Jharsuguda, Jan, 01: The formation of new office bearers of the Lakhanpur Block Primary Teachers’ Association was held on the premises of the New Secondary School, Lakhanpur. A large number of primary school teachers from Lakhanpur block participated in the selection process and unanimously elected the new office bearers of the association.
Among the newly elected office bearers:
- President: Chandrananda Budha
- Vice Presidents: Girish Barik, Manohar Kumbhar, and Debesh Urma
- General Secretary: Vivekananda Barla
- Executive Secretary: Surendra Sagar
- Area Secretaries: Hemant Seth, Jagadish Tanti, and Chandrasekhar Chanchan
- Treasurer: Surath Biswal
- Joint Treasurers: Santosh Kumar Nayak and Rajesh Kumar Sa
- Auditors: Mukesh Barik, Dinesh Khamari, and Pramod Pradhan
- Media Coordinators: Tirthabasi Pradhan and Nilambar Argal
- Legal Advisor: Advocate and Lakhanpur Panchayat Sarpanch Arati Pradhan
- Members of the Advisory Committee include Yogindra Sahi, Mrutyunjaya Biswal,K
- Kishore Ping, Shibanath Bhue, Sitaram Sa, Shesh Kumar Pradhan, and Parameshwar Nayak.
All the office bearers were elected unanimously without any contest. In his address, newly elected President Shri Chandrananda Budha assured cooperation with the administration for the development of primary education in Lakhanpur block and pledged to work towards resolving the problems faced by teachers. Former General Secretary Yogendra Sahi expressed gratitude to all participants and proposed the vote of thanks.
