Phulbani A newly established Eye Care Center was inaugurated at the Phulbani Rotary Club premises.
Rotary District Governor Yajnasish Mahapatra attended the event as the chief guest and officially inaugurated the center. Speaking on the occasion, Governor Mahapatra stated that this Eye Care Center would greatly benefit the underprivileged people of Kandhamal district.
