Malkangiri: Gupta Madhi has officially taken charge as the new District Skill Development and Employment Officer in Malkangiri district on Friday. Upon his arrival, all office staff welcomed him with a bouquet and a traditional shawl.
At the same time, a farewell ceremony was held for the outgoing Employment Officer, Manasthi Sethi.
On the occasion, the newly appointed officer Mr. Madhi stated that the initiatives taken by former officer Sethi in the areas of skill development and employment were indeed commendable for the district. He expressed his intent to follow in the footsteps of his predecessor and said he would strive to help the youth of Malkangiri district enhance their skills and secure employment in various sectors.
It is noteworthy that the former Employment Officer, Sethi, has been transferred to Nayagarh district to take on the same role there.
