Bhubaneswar, 0Jan, 05: On the first day of the New Year, Odisha’s newly appointed Chief Secretary, Smt. Anu Garg, paid a courteous visit to the Governor, Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, at Lok Bhavan.
