Dhadra The 33/11 kV Primary Substation at Dhadra in Jharigaon Block, Nabarangpur District, was inaugurated by Odisha Government’s School & Mass Education Minister Nityananda Gond, Jharigaon MLA Narasingha Bhatara, and Nabarangpur District Collector.

This new Power Supply Infrastructure (PSS) was developed with the joint efforts of Tata Power and the Odisha Government (Odisha DISCOMs – TPSODL). The substation features a 33/11 kV transformer that will help reduce the load on the existing Jharigaon and Umarkote PSS.

This development will help resolve voltage issues, providing reliable and high-quality electricity to households, businesses, farmers, and other essential establishments.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by Minister’s Representative Ashok Padhi, MP’s Representative Basanti Majhi, MLA’s Representative Sona Majhi, Engineers Manmath Nath Mishra (SE, Jeypore), Ashok Kumar Raut (EE, Nabarangpur), SDO Swaroop Kumar Patra (Umarkote), and BJP functionaries.
