Bhubaneswar, 29th Sept 2025: A Guru-Shishya Parampara (Teacher-Disciple Tradition) felicitation program was organized by Tribhanga Kala Niketan at the holy city of Puri, Shreekhetra. Many artists from within and outside the state participated and showcased their art. Classical dance forms such as Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Sambalpuri, Kathak, and others were performed during the event.
At this state-level dance festival, a 5-year-old girl from our district, Sishnu Bhuvanika, received much appreciation for performing a folk dance that reflected the culture of our region. Our local girl beautifully presented our tribal traditions on a state-level stage and was highly praised for it. This is undoubtedly a matter of great pride for our district.
