Balasore: Member of Parliament Pratap Chandra Sarangi met Union Minister of Labour, Employment, Youth Affairs, and Sports, Mansukh Mandaviya, and submitted a memorandum. During the previous government’s tenure, then Union Health Minister Bhupendra Yadav had approved funding for the establishment of a 100-bed ESI Hospital in Balasore. However, due to bureaucratic delays, the commencement of this project has been significantly postponed.
In order to expedite the process, MP Sarangi met the Minister again and submitted a letter requesting swift action. The Minister has agreed to initiate the foundation stone laying for the ESI Hospital soon and has instructed the concerned departmental officials accordingly.
MP Sarangi, on behalf of the people of Balasore, expressed gratitude to the Minister for this step. He stated that the ESI Hospital would be a great blessing, especially for the working-class community of Balasore.
