Mobile Fodder Distribution Vehicle Inaugurated for Farmers’ Benefit

Jharigam, 10th Sept 2025: The inauguration of the mobile fodder distribution vehicle took place from the office of the Forest Range Officer located at Jharigam Block Headquarters, Nabarangpur district. At this auspicious occasion, Jharigam MLA Narsingh Utra, Member of Parliament representative Chandrabhanu Nayak, senior BJP worker Giri Pandey, Prafulla Pradhani, along with many BJP workers and supporters, were present. Among the forest department employees present were Jharigam Forest Range Officer Govind Chandra Nayak, A.K. Sahu, Forest Guard J.P. Mahanti, Forest Guard Raja Mandal, Forest Guard Krishna Bishoyi, AJE Wall Staff, and Para Guard Staff.

It is noteworthy that our honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the occasion of his 74th birthday, has taken a pledge to plant 17 lakh fodder plants in Odisha.

In this context, instructions have been issued for fodder plantation in every district, block, and panchayat across the country. Following this, the inauguration of the mobile fodder distribution vehicle took place in front of the Forest Department office located at the headquarters of Jharigam Block in Nabarangpur district. This vehicle is tasked with distributing fodder to every panchayat in the block.

It is informed that a total of 22,100 fodder plants are to be planted by combining Jharigam and Chandahandi blocks, with each panchayat being instructed to provide 500 to 600 fodder plants.
