Mani Prasad Patnaik Named Kotpad NAC Congress President; Ghanashyam Bishoi to Head Block Unit

Kotpad, Feb 2:  Mani Prasad Patnaik has been appointed as the President of the Kotpad NAC Congress Committee, while Ghanashyam Bishoi has been given the responsibility of President of the Kotpad Block Congress Committee.
