Malkangiri, Dec, 29: Vidisha Mahanti, a student from Malkangiri, will represent the district at the National Youth Festival.
Vidisha Mahanti, a student of Malkangiri Model Degree College, recently won first place in the state-level elocution competition, bringing pride to the district, according to District Sports Officer Muna.
The state-level Youth Festival was organized by the State Sports Department from December 24 to 26 at Kalinga Stadium. Expressing happiness over her achievement, District Collector Somesh Kumar Upadhyay conveyed his best wishes and said that her accomplishment will inspire other students in the district.
Vidisha’s success has sparked joy across the entire district and the college. She will represent Odisha at the National Youth Dhruva Festival in New Delhi.
