Malkangiri Declares Holiday for All Schools and Anganwadi Centres on August 18

Malkangiri, 18th Aug 2025:  As per the instructions of the District Collector of Malkangiri, all types of schools and Anganwadi centres in the district will remain closed on August 18. According to the forecast of the India Meteorological Department, very heavy to extremely heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder and lightning is likely in Malkangiri district on August 18. In view of ensuring the safety of students, the District Collector has declared a holiday for all schools on that day.
