• Surendra Kumar Meena has been given additional charge as Secretary, ST/SC Development Department.
• Sushree Nanda has been appointed additionally as Secretary, Planning & Convergence Department.
• Chanchal Rana, Commissioner of BMC, now has additional responsibilities as BDA Vice‑Chairman and MD of Bhubaneswar Smart City Limited.
• Girish S. N. has been assigned additional charge as Secretary, Mission Shakti Department.
• Premjit Nayak has been appointed Director of ST Department.
• Deepankar Mahapatra has been named Director, Tourism Department.
• Pranati Chhotray has been given additional charge as Secretary, Home Department.
• Nivedita Prusti has been appointed MD, Bayani Corporation.
