Nabarangpur, 1st Nov 2025: At the famous Shakti Peetha Maa Bhandargharani Temple in Nabarangpur town, a grand Lord Ayyappa Maha Puja was conducted with great devotion and spiritual fervor by devotees.
Hundreds of Maladhari (devotees wearing the sacred garland) participated in this auspicious ceremony. After observing the strict 41-day Deeksha (austerity period) while wearing the mala and dedicating themselves to Lord Ayyappa, devotees performed rituals including puja, offering of lamps, bhajan, and kirtan, seeking divine blessings.
As part of the Guru Swamy Puja, traditional offerings such as ritual water (aalati), incense, lamps, sacred ash (vibhuti), and flower offerings (pushpanjali) were made to the deity.
The event witnessed the participation of over 100 Deeksha devotees along with a large number of devotees and followers who gathered to take part in the holy celebration.
