Loisingha MLA Launches Digital Grievance Portal to Empower Constituents

Loisingha,28th July 2025:  A dedicated online grievance redressal portal has been launched in the Loisingha constituency to address public complaints and ensure timely justice. The portal was officially inaugurated on Friday at Aggression Bhavan in Loisingha by Loisingha MLA and Odisha Health Minister Mukesh Mahaling.

Key Highlights:

  • The portal is specifically designed for the people of Loisingha, Agalpur, and Puintala blocks.
  • The objective is to offer quick and transparent resolution to citizens’ issues without requiring them to visit government offices in person.
  • Minister Mahaling emphasized that many people remain disappointed after visiting police stations, tehsils, and block offices without getting their problems resolved. This portal seeks to change that.

How It Works:

  • Any citizen from the targeted areas can file a complaint digitally, mentioning their village, name, and ward, through the portal.
  • Upon submission, the complainant will instantly receive a confirmation message acknowledging the receipt of the complaint.
  • If unresolved, the complaint will be reviewed and centralized every 15 days to ensure follow-up.
  • The initiative is aligned with the vision of Digital India, and Minister Mahaling expressed hope that the platform would be impactful and beneficial to the public.
