Nabarangpur, Jan, 05:The process to identify land for the 7th Battalion of the Armed Police Force in Nabarangpur district has begun. Nabarangpur SP Sandeep Sampat visited government land in the Podalguda area of Sindhiguda RI Circle in Nandahandi tehsil to inspect the site.
Today, Education Minister Nityananda Gand, District Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swain, Nabarangpur MLA Gourishankar Majhi, Zilla Parishad Executive Officer Biranchi Narayan Darwan, and Sub-Collector Prakash Mishra also visited to inspect the identified land.
During this time, Tehsildar Chandradash Mahanandia, RI V.V. Raju, and Amin Lokesh Mandal were present. It has been informed that the battalion will be established on approximately 50 acres of land.
