Lamp Rally Lights the Way for Nationwide Strike Success

Bhubaneswar: To make the upcoming nationwide strike a success, a Lamp rally was organized in Bhubaneswar by central trade unions and independent federations in support of a 17-point charter of demands.

The rally was part of a broader call to shut down all key establishments in the capital tomorrow—including shops and markets, public transport, government offices, the airport, railway station, banks, and major central offices like Chandaka, Mancheswar Industrial Estate, and NALCO—by the workers’ unions.

The torch rally proceeded from Gandhi Marg to Rajmahal Square.
