Kotpad, 1st Sept 2025: The Kotpad N.S.C. (National Service Centre) distributed mosquito nets to residents of 13 wards under the government scheme. The program was organized under the chairmanship of Dr. Sarathi Prasad Muni, the Health Center Officer of the Kotpad Group.
Rupoo Bhatra, the Kotpad MLA, attended the event as the chief guest, while Shankar Rao, the N.S.C. President, participated as a distinguished guest and helped distribute the nets to the beneficiaries.
The event also saw the participation of Health Center staff, ANMs, and ASHA workers, who assisted in the distribution and awareness efforts.
The main objective of the program was to raise awareness about the benefits of using mosquito nets in preventing malaria and other mosquito-borne diseases. Experts advised the beneficiaries on how to protect themselves from malaria and other diseases using the nets provided by the government.
