Korukonda,5th Aug 2025: A heartfelt farewell and felicitation program was organized on Sunday at 11:00 AM in the premises of the Nodal Upper Primary School in Korukonda block, to honor Mr. Mada Madkami, the former Additional Cluster Education Officer. The event was conducted by the Korukonda Teachers’ Association.
The meeting was presided over by Mr. Asit Mistri, current Cluster Education Officer of Korukonda. Mr. Mada Madkami also attended the program as the special guest.
The chief speakers included Mr. Neelakantha Behera from Kharabela Nagar, Bhubaneswar and Mr. Tarak Mandala, President of Malkangiri Zilla S.C., S.T. Teachers’ Association, who graced the occasion as honored guests. Other dignitaries present were Mr. Biswanath Sabar, President of the district teachers’ body, and Mr. Aravind Prasad Jena, President of the Korukonda block-level association.
Stage coordination was handled by Mr. Yachindra Swain, Regional Resource Centre Coordinator, Somnathpur, and the vote of thanks was offered by Mr. Pradyumna Swain, also a Regional Resource Centre Coordinator.
Several resource persons and educators from across Korukonda block, including Uttam Samaddar, Ranjit Sethi, Saroj Pradhan, Muda Madkami, Kumar Mallik, Bhagaban Sahu, Prasanna Samantaray, and Debashis Mandal, participated and contributed to the success of the ceremony.
The presence of former CRCs and senior teachers added warmth and significance to this memorable farewell event.
