Koraput, Nov 24: The District Child Protection Unit, District Collectorate, Koraput, organized the district-level children’s festival ‘Mahak’ and ‘Utsah’ – 2025. The children of the Child Care Institution that won first place participated in the state-level children’s festival ‘Mahak’ and ‘Utsah’, organized by the Women and Child Development Department, Government of Odisha.
Among them, Lakshman Dishari and Muskan Khosla from Utkal Balashram, Koraput, of the Child Care Institution, secured third place in the music competition. The District Collector of Koraput congratulated the winners.
