Jeypore, 6th Oct 2025: The 33rd Annual Celebration and Constitutional Conference of the Secondary School Employees’ Association, Ganjam District Branch was held at the NGO Hall, Gate Bazaar Square, Brahmapur. The event saw participation and felicitation of several dignitaries, including the Koraput District President of Odisha Amala Sangha, Shri Shashi Bhushan Das, who is also the State President of the Odisha Secondary School Employees’ Association.
Key Attendees and Speakers:
Shri Rabindranath Pradhan, State General Secretary of the Odisha State Un-gazetted Employees’ Coordination Committee, inaugurated the event.

Meeting Proceedings:
The session was presided over by Shri K. Tuna Dora, while Shri Dayanidhi Padhi, Secretary, presented the activity report.
Various legitimate demands and rights of school employees were discussed in detail.
Shri Shashi Bhushan Das, in his role as State President, appealed to attract the attention of both the State Government and the Un-gazetted Employees’ Coordination Committee towards these issues.

Shri Shashi Bhushan Das was honored by the Ganjam District Branch for his contribution to the employee movement.
Retired employees were also felicitated by the Chief Guest and other dignitaries.
Organizational Developments:
The event concluded with the election of new office bearers for the Ganjam District Branch of the Secondary School Employees’ Association.
The elected list of officials was formally approved by the State Association.
This event marked a significant moment of collaboration and mutual respect between district units of employee associations across Odisha.
