Jeypore, Dec, 11: The Koraput District Collector, Manoj Satyawan Mahajan, reviewed ongoing urban development and beautification works in the Jeypore area. During the visit, he inspected the Rajiv Gandhi Park, Swami Vivekananda Park, and Chandan Pokhari, and discussed plans for their upgradation and beautification.
The discussion focused on how these three parks can be redeveloped to enhance the overall beauty of Koraput city. The Collector emphasized that along with beautification, efforts should be made to ensure citizens receive maximum associated benefits and facilities.
He also reviewed other ongoing development works in the city, including vending zones and measures to regulate activities on government land or roadsides, ensuring proper management and public convenience.
Additionally, the Koraput Municipality’s proposed beautification plans were reviewed and approved, aiming to make the city more attractive and citizen-friendly.
