Jeypore, 29th July 2025: After assuming charge as Koraput District Collector, TAS Manoj Satyan Mahajan conducted his first public grievance hearing in Jeypore.
During the session, he patiently listened to the concerns raised by citizens from various parts of the district. He emphasized that officers must address public issues strictly in accordance with the rules and regulations.
He further directed that in cases where a solution cannot be provided, officials must clearly communicate the reasons to the concerned individuals, ensuring transparency and accountability.
The Collector also urged departments to maintain a people-centric approach, promising that timely and fair redressal of grievances would be a key focus of his administration.
