Jeypore, 10th Sept 2025: At C.T. High School in Jeypore, Koraput district, a special program titled “Something to Know, Something to Share – The Known and Unknown” was organized by Seva Anusthan, Jeypore, featuring a ‘Ramayana Quiz’.
The purpose of the event was to awaken spiritual values in young minds and instill principles of humanity—such as respecting elders, loving the younger ones, devotion to humanity, and living a disciplined life in harmony with nature. This quiz served as a creative initiative to introduce children to the essence of Dharma (righteous living).
A total of 157 students from 18 different schools participated in the quiz.
Renowned writer, storyteller, speaker, and former headmaster Mr. Nalini Ranjan Mishra attended as the chief guest and spoke about Lord Rama’s journey, the relevance of the Ramayana in modern times, and the importance of being duty-bound in every walk of life.
Following his speech, parents, teachers, and organizers expressed high appreciation for the event. Students also shared that they felt fortunate to participate in such a meaningful program.
Other prominent attendees included former headmaster, dramatist, singer, Bhagavat teacher, and head speaker of the spiritual school, Mr. Aravind Mohapatra, and speaker Ms. Sonali Pati, along with school secretary Mr. Shashi Bhushan Pattnaik.
President of Seva Anusthan, Mr. Sudhakar Pattnaik, presided over the event, with several members of the organization in attendance. The quiz program was divided into two categories—Senior and Junior divisions.

In both Senior and Junior divisions, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners were selected.
Six students in total were awarded for their outstanding performance.
The event included both written and oral rounds of the quiz.
It was conducted by Mr. G. Vekent Rengi, with Associate Editor Mr. Soumya Ranjan Dalei delivering the vote of thanks.
Other notable contributors and attendees included: Ms. Lipika Patra, Mr. Ajay Mishra, Mr. Pratap Pattnaik, Mr. Gopal Sahu, Ms. Nalini Patra, Mr. Ranjit Nayak, among others.
Women’s Wing President Ms. Suman Mundaksh, Mr. Pradeep Sahu, and Mr. Anand Sahu also assisted in the successful organization of the event.
