Nabarangpur, Jan, 21: A joint public grievance hearing camp was held today at the Kosagumuda Panchayat Samiti Conference Hall under the joint chairmanship of District Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swain and Superintendent of Police Madkar Sandeep Sampad.
Among those present were Sub-Collector Prakash Kumar Mishra, Block Chairperson Sarbeshwari Majhi, CDMO Dr. Malay Pradhan, along with all district-level departmental officers.
At the public hearing camp, a total of 30 applicants submitted their grievance petitions. Out of these, 29 were related to personal problems and 11 were related to village-level and collective issues.
From the Social Security Department, 11 wheelchairs were provided to identified persons with disabilities. Approval was also granted to 7 physically challenged persons for artificial limbs. In addition, 5 complaints were resolved on the spot.
