Jhadeswar Khadanga Appointed President of Debottar Committee, Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur: After a long interval, the full-fledged Debottar Committee of Nabaraj Nabarangpur has been reconstituted. Senior advocate Jhadeswar Khadanga has been appointed as the President of this committee for the second time.

The committee comprises 19 members, including 6 departmental officers and 13 officials from various temples. Among the departmental members are the Executive Officer of Nabarangpur Municipality, Nabarangpur IIC (Inspector-in-Charge), Executive Engineer of Roads and Housing Department, Forest Ranger, District Treasury Officer, and the DIPRO (District Information & Public Relations Officer).

The Debottar Commissioner approved the list of members through Letter No. 1138 dated 5th February 2024.

On 16th June, a meeting was held at the Nabarangpur Tehsil Office, chaired by Tehsildar and Debottar Executive Officer Kailash Chandra Tripathy, with the advisory board present. During the meeting, a new advisory board (committee) was formed and its members were unanimously elected and endorsed.
Jhadeswar Khadanga was chosen as the President of the newly constituted committee.
