Jeypore Rotary Club Organizes Voluntary Blood Donation Camp

Jeypore,29th July 2025: A voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Rotary Club of Jeypore at the NKTI Road-based Bhashavi Bhavan. A large number of voluntary donors participated in the initiative.

The camp was conducted to address the persistent shortage of blood at the Jeypore District Headquarters Hospital, where patients often face difficulties due to an insufficient supply. In many cases, lives are lost due to the unavailability of timely blood transfusion.

The organizers emphasized that a single blood donation can save a precious human life, and that blood donation is one of the noblest acts of giving. Awareness was also raised among the youth to come forward and participate actively in such life-saving activities.

A total of 68 units of blood were collected during the camp.
