Koraput: In Jeypore town of Koraput district, free admission forms will be distributed for the newly established Kendriya Vidyalaya from June 2 to June 16, 2025. This was announced by Saroj Kumar Dash, Chairman of Koraput Kendriya Vidyalaya, who is currently overseeing the administration of the new Jeypore Kendriya Vidyalaya.
Initially, the school will operate from an additional building of the Government Boys’ High School in Jeypore. Admissions will be available for students from Class 1 to Class 5 in the first phase. Students will be categorized into four groups for admission purposes. Each class will have 40 students, making a total of 200 students across the five classes.
There are plans to increase the number of seats in the future. The admission process will be conducted as per the central government’s guidelines, and final admissions will be confirmed accordingly.
Classes are expected to begin from July 1, 2025, while the admission confirmation process is likely to start on June 22 or 23.
In today’s event, Saroj Kumar Dash, Chairman of Koraput Kendriya Vidyalaya, Harihar Panda, Chairman of Jeypore Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Gopinath Behera, a teacher at Jeypore Kendriya Vidyalaya, were present.
