Kotpad 31st January 2025 The Indian hockey team has been announced for the upcoming FIH Pro League, which will be held in Odisha. The 32-member Indian men’s squad includes three players from Odisha. The prestigious hockey tournament will begin on February 15 at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar.

Today, Hockey India released the names of the 32 players selected for the Indian team, among whom Shilanand Lakra, Nilam Sanjeep Xess, and Amit Rohidas from Odisha have been included.

In its first match, India will face Spain, followed by matches against Germany, England, and Ireland. The team will be led by drag-flicker Harmanpreet Singh, with Hardik Singh as the vice-captain.
