Rayagada, 22nd July 2025: The All India Congress Committee (AICC), under the SC Department, has approved and released the list of office bearers for the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) SC Department’s State Executive Committee. The list includes names of Congress workers appointed as Vice Presidents, General Secretaries, and Secretaries.
From Rayagada district, youth Congress leader Hutasen Nayak has been appointed as Secretary. Known for his active involvement in the youth wing and other responsibilities within the district Congress committee, Nayak has now been entrusted with this key role in the SC Department of the PCC.
His appointment has been welcomed and congratulated by Koraput MP Saptagiri Ulaka, Rayagada MLA Makaranda Muduli, former MLA and senior leader Applaswamy, Bissamcuttack MLA Neelamadhab Hikaka, and Satyajit Gamang.
Also extending their congratulations were District Congress President Durga Prasad Panda, Executive President Shankarshan Mangaraj, and other senior Congress leaders and PCC workers.
PCC President Bhakta Charan Das has also extended best wishes to all newly appointed members of the SC Department’s State Executive Committee, including Hutasen Nayak.
