Parjang, Dhenkanal: In a commendable act of honesty, an auto driver has decided to return a valuable iPad found at the Joranda Mela. According to reports, Bapun Raut, an auto owner from Katarapada village under Kandarasingha Panchayat in Parjang police limits, discovered the iPad seven days ago while on a hired trip to the famous Joranda Mela.
To locate the rightful owner, he shared information about the lost iPad on various social media platforms. However, as no one has come forward to claim it yet, he has handed over the device to Santosh Verma, the Block President of the Odisha Driver Mahasangha, Parjang.
The incident highlights the integrity and responsibility of the auto driver in ensuring the lost item is safely returned.
