Higher Education Department Directs Colleges to Hold Morning Classes

Bhubaneswar, March, 3:  As per the summer guidelines issued by the Higher Education Department, a letter has been sent to all colleges and universities. Instructions have been given to conduct internal examinations and regular classes in the morning hours.
