Khandapada: 24th July 2025: After many years, a high-capacity 63 kV power transformer has been installed at Trinath Chhak in Kumbarapada village, under Khandapada block, bringing joy to the local residents.
Villagers shared that they have finally gotten relief from the long-standing low-voltage issues.
For quite some time, the residents had been repeatedly appealing to the electricity distribution company, drawing attention to the poor voltage problem in the area.
It is worth mentioning that earlier, a 25 kV transformer had been installed at the location, according to sources from Kumbarapada village.
