The program concluded successfully at Surukhurur, with the collaborative effort of all officials, health workers, and members of the Journalists’ Association.
People from distant areas also came to donate blood. Before donation, volunteers underwent medical screenings such as blood pressure, sugar level, hemoglobin, and blood group tests. Only eligible individuals were allowed to donate.
Though many young women were disqualified due to low health parameters, their interest in donating blood was acknowledged and encouraged for future awareness and participation.
