Grievance Hearing and Awareness Camp Organized at Panchayat Level in Jeypore

Jeypore: A panchayat-level grievance hearing and awareness camp was held today at Ambaguda Panchayat under Jeypore block of Koraput district.

Present at the event were Jeypore Block Additional Cluster Development Officer Monaj Nayak, Sarpanch Deepti Hikaka, APO Santoshi Mohapatra, Block Assistant Engineer Bijay Kumar Nanda, BSSO Nisha, and Panchayat Executive Officer Ahari Jani, among others.

Villagers from the panchayat actively participated and submitted various complaints and issues to the officials. Discussions were held on key local issues including the construction of new roads, road repairs, street lights, drainage systems, and access to drinking water.

Officials also informed attendees about how they could benefit from various government schemes. A total of around 20 complaints were heard and addressed during the hearing.

Additionally, a health camp was organized by the Rabanguda Cluster Health Centre as part of the program.
