Bhubaneswar, Jan, 05: From January 10 onwards, green stickers will be issued. Vehicles that already have a valid Pollution Certificate (PUC) will be eligible to receive the green sticker.
If you complete the process before the 10th, you can get the sticker from the RTO.
If done after the 10th, it will be available at PUC testing centers.
Special counters will be opened at all RTOs. Before issuing the sticker, the Pollution Certificate will be checked.
RC (Registration Certificate) and vehicle database will be verified.
Original PUC and RC copies must be shown.
Vehicle owners must present their identity proof.
This mandatory notice has been issued by the Transport Department.
