Grand Blood Donation Amrit Mahotsav 2.0 Held in Nabarangpur

Nabarangpur:9th Oct 2025: The world’s largest blood donor organization, All Indian Therapy Youth Council, Nabarangpur branch, organized a grand mega blood donation campaign on 17th September 2025, coinciding with its 61st foundation day and the birthday celebrations of our esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This campaign was conducted successfully across India and abroad. Several ministries of the Government of India participated in this campaign.

The local branch of the All Indian Therapy Youth Council in Nabarangpur organized this blood donation camp successfully at the Chirayu Medical Store, where 66 donors donated blood. The blood donation camp was inaugurated by the Member of Parliament of Nabarangpur, Shri Balabhadra Majhi, who was the chief guest. The MLA of Nabarangpur, Gaurishankar Majhi, was the guest of honor. Also present were BJP district president Shri Kunj Das and Nabarangpur Business Association president Shri Manas Ranjan Das.

The Additional District Health Officer Dr. Sushant Satpathy, Municipal Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ashok Kumar Karn, and other dignitaries encouraged the blood donors during the event. The council president Dipak Jain welcomed all the guests. Lalit Jain and Teen Jain welcomed the MP and MLA with bouquets. Under the campaign started by the honorable Prime Minister called “Plant a Tree in Mother’s Name 2.0,” the MP, MLA, and Additional District Health Officer were each presented with a tree sapling.

President Dipak Jain and Minister Shubham Jain welcomed Dr. Shaili Jain with flowers and thanked her for participating in the program. The women’s group Mangalacharan and the “Namaskar Mahamantra” inaugurated the camp with prayers. MP Shri Balabhadra Majhi himself donated blood to inaugurate the camp and raised awareness about blood donation among all donors.

Women’s group president Badi Jain, along with Shri Jain Shwetambar Therapy Mahasabha members Lakshmi Narayan Jain, Harish Jain, Savita Jain, Shubham Jain’s son, and Vikas Kumar Agrawal, donated blood with their families to create awareness about blood donation in society. Knowledgeable trainers like Bindiya Jain, Women’s Group Minister Pooja Jain, former president Brijlata Jain, and member Sarola Jain’s son Ankit Jain also donated blood.

Shri Jain Shwetambar Therapy Sabha Nabarangpur president Vikram Jain went to Bhubaneswar and participated in the celebrations by donating blood at the Therapy Bhawan there.

All bank employees donated blood. Lab technician Shri Arun Swain, staff members Shri Hemant Raut, Sambit Mishra, Kapil Bhatra, and other staff from the Nabarangpur District Hospital blood bank were present and assisted the donors.

Shri Naresh Jain honored lab technician Arun Swain. The Therapy Youth Council honored each blood donor with a certificate and provided refreshments to all donors.

The event was a collective success due to the dedicated efforts of Therapy Youth Council president Dipak Jain, editor Shubham Jain, coordinator Rachit Agrawal, and all members.

Minister Shubham Jain informed that he, along with president Dipak Jain, coordinator Rachit Agrawal, members Piyush Jain, Sumant Jain, Ankit Jain, Alok Modi, Ankesh Agrawal, Jitesh Agrawal, Vivek Agrawal, and all council members, worked tirelessly to organize this program.
