Nabarangpur, Dec, 03: Govind Mahapatra of the city’s Goudsahi area has donated land for the construction of a new Laxmi-Narasimha Narasimha Temple near Lalitadipura Sasan on the outskirts of the city.
The donated land, approximately one acre in size, is located along the Tiliamguda-Bharatmala road. A trust and committee have been formed for the construction of the temple. Devendra Patra has been appointed as the chairman of the committee, which includes 7 trustees and 13 executive members responsible for managing the trust.
Fund collection for the temple’s construction has already begun. The land is estimated to be worth around ₹1 crore, and the public has welcomed and praised this generous donation.
