  • If multiple siblings are applying, mention each sibling’s share of land in the form.
  • Get the signatures of the co-owners (siblings) and attach their Aadhaar copies with the form.
  • If the land distribution among co-owners has not been mutually settled, get a Genealogy certificate from the local Sarpanch/Councillor/RI, to define your rightful land share for registration.

  • Obtain a consent letter signed by the landowner.
  • Also submit xerox copies of the landowner’s ROR and Aadhaar card.

8. For the first time this year, an eye scan (iris authentication) has been introduced during submission to ensure transparency in paddy procurement.
All farmers are requested to cooperate, which will help make the registration process faster and more transparent.

9. Register only those lands that you actually cultivate.
If it is later found that you intentionally registered land that you do not cultivate, strict legal action will be taken against you.
