Government Invites Innovative Suggestions from Employees

Bhubaneswar, 26th Aug 2025: The state government will collect innovative suggestions from its employees, and the best suggestions will be rewarded. Regular employees under the government can submit their innovative ideas and proposals through the HRSS portal. These may include suggestions on how the government should deliver services to people, improve administrative practices, policy formulation, digital transformation, and legal or regulatory measures. Employees may provide suggestions not only for their own department but also for any other department, according to the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.The suggestions and proposals submitted by employees will be visible to other employees as well. Any suggestion that receives 1,000 likes will be considered an “emerging suggestion” and will be forwarded for departmental review and evaluation. It has been decided that the best suggestions will also be rewarded.
