Bhubaneswar: A new policy has been issued by the General Administration Department for government employees, particularly regarding transfers. According to the new rule, government employees will be subject to transfers annually between April 15 and June 15. This policy specifically applies to departments such as the School and Mass Education Department, and the Health and Family Welfare Department, among others. As per the guideline, no government employee will be allowed to stay in the same position for more than three years. They will be transferred every year. Additionally, no employee will be permitted to stay in the same district for more than six years, as per the directive issued by the administration.
