Nabarangpur: A press conference was held today at the Circuit House conference hall by the district administration and the District Employment & Skill Development Department regarding the upcoming district-level recruitment fair, scheduled to take place on March 25, 2025, at the Raja Chaitanya Dev High School playground.
The press conference was presided over by Additional District Magistrate Tapan Khuntia, with the presence of Assistant Secretary and Mission Director of the Skill Development Department, Bhubaneswar, District Employment & Skill Development Officer Anand Palei, District Information & Public Relations Officer Manoj Behera, and Additional Skill Development Officer Shubham Mahapatra.
The recruitment fair will be held from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM on March 25, 2025. Around 30 to 35 recruiting organizations from both within and outside the state and 10 to 12 project implementing agencies will participate.
Opportunities for Job Seekers:
Unemployed youth from Nabarangpur district will have the opportunity to secure employment within or outside the district through project implementing agencies.
Candidates with educational qualifications ranging from 5th-grade pass to 10th-grade fail, as well as Matric (10th-grade) pass, graduates, ITI, and diploma holders, aged 18 to 35 years, can participate in the fair.
Participants must bring their educational certificates, residence proof, caste certificate, and photographs to attend.
Facilities for Candidates:
Transportation arrangements will be provided for candidates traveling from distant locations.
Drinking water, food, and sanitation facilities will be available at the venue.
The Assistant Secretary and Employment Officer urged media representatives to help in spreading awareness about the recruitment fair to ensure maximum participation of unemployed youth from the district.
