Malkangiri, Jan, 12:: After the sacred golden bow reached the soil of Malkangiri, a unique kind of excitement was seen among the devotees. This magnificent procession, which started from the Bhairavi Temple in the city, first went to the Hanuman Temple at Subash Bose Chowk and then proceeded to the Rama Temple. Hundreds of men and women devotees participated, chanting “Jai Shri Ram,” filling the entire city with devotion and celebration. The festival enlivened the city with joy and religious fervor.
This golden bow journey started from the famous Hanuman Vatika in Rourkela and is touring various regions of Odisha. After the devotees had the darshan (viewing) in Malkangiri, it is scheduled to reach the sacred city of Puri on 17th January. The event is being successfully organized by the Hindu Forum and World Hindu Forum.
As the grand temple of Lord Shri Ram is set to be established in Ayodhya, this golden bow procession has kindled the spirit of Ram devotion in every corner of Odisha. Residents of Malkangiri felt blessed to witness the bow, and everyone is eagerly awaiting that historic moment on 22nd January. The organizing committee has been working diligently to make this journey a great success.
