Polasara, Dec, 03: Every village will be connected through a proper paved road.
In this context, the foundation stone for the development of the Malatibadi-Bhatkhali road in Polasara block was laid recently. The ceremony was attended by Gokulananda Mallik, Minister of Fisheries, Animal Resources Development, and MSME, as the chief guest, who also participated in laying the foundation stone.
Under the support of the Rural Development Department, approximately ₹8 crore has been allocated for the development of this road. The road, which will be nearly 9 kilometers long, will connect the Polasara block Mandar subdivision road to the Malatibadi-Bhatkhali village, reaching near Kandhapalli.
This road will also facilitate better connectivity between Polasara, Kabisuryanagar, and Asika blocks, improving transportation and accessibility. Minister Mallik informed that around ten villages in the area will benefit from this road.
