Kotpad 8th January 2025 Former MLA of Kotpad, Shri Sadan Nayak, has passed away. He had been unwell for a long time. He served as an MLA from the Janata Dal party in 1990. He had joined the Janata Dal in 1985. During his tenure, significant developmental works were undertaken in Kotpad. Today, Kotpad mourns the loss of such an eminent leader.
Yesterday, the current MLA, Shri Rupa Bhattara, and MP representative Rameshwar Jena visited Baliram Kashyap Medical College in Jagdalpur to inquire about his health condition. The people of Kotpad have paid their heartfelt tributes to him.”
