Cuttack, 10th Nov 2025: The form filling for the 2026 Annual High School Certificate Examination (Matriculation) will begin on Saturday, 8th November and continue until the 22nd of November. Along with this, the form filling for Odisha State Open School Certificate Examination (OSSC) and Middle (Sanskrit) Certificate Examination will start from 12th November.
The matriculation examination forms will be filled under four categories:
- 1. Regular students studying in school
- 2. Regular students in “Class Regular” (presumably regular class attendance category)
- 3. Students appearing for “Ex-Regular” examination from school
Form filling for these categories will be done online by the school principal.
Similarly, students of subject-exchange curriculum Regular and subject-exchange curriculum Ex-Regular will have their forms filled by the Deputy Director of the Regional Board Office.
The last date for form submission is 22nd November at 11:45 PM.
For the 2026 (First) Odisha State Open School Certificate Examination, form filling will begin on 8th November. This form filling will also be done online. The heads of all block and district study centers of open schools will ensure that the forms are submitted within the stipulated time.
After form submission, the roll sheets must be downloaded, and the head teacher or principal will submit a copy of the roll sheets to the regional board office by 24th November.
Similarly, for the 2026 Class 10 Middle (Sanskrit) Examination, form filling will begin on 12th November and continue until the 22nd November. Both Regular and Ex-Regular students will fill these forms.
The head Pandits of the concerned schools will collect the students’ diary sheets from the respective branch office, fill the forms, and submit them to the concerned branch office. The last date for this has been notified as 24th November by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
