Sambalpur An encounter took place between police and illegal cattle smugglers in the Sambalpur City Station area. During the exchange of fire, two criminals were injured—one sustained a bullet wound in the left leg, while the other was shot in the right leg. Both injured criminals have been shifted to Burla Hospital for treatment
