Kotpad 17th January 2025 International Mentoring Day is celebrated to promote the importance of mentoring. It also recognizes the global mentoring movement. National Mentoring Month is also observed in January. This month is a time to acknowledge and celebrate the significance of mentoring relationships in organizations and communities.
