Jeypore: At Jeypore Railway Station, bikes and cars parked outside the designated parking area will now attract a fine. The East Coast Railway has issued a notice and installed information boards regarding this.
Starting from the upcoming Tuesday, a 24-hour parking system will be launched at the station. The East Coast Railway had conducted a tender process for the parking arrangement. Three organizations participated in this process. Among them, the “Maa Kanakadurga Theka Sanstha” won the tender by quoting the highest amount.
This parking arrangement will begin on the 6th and will remain in effect for the next three years.
