Koraput, 9th Oct 2025: A district-level meeting of the Koraput District Sarpanch Association was held at the Nishanimunda Sabha Hall under the chairmanship of Association President Laba Muduli.
In this meeting, Block Presidents and Sarpanches from all 14 blocks of Koraput district were present. The discussions focused in detail on the rights of Sarpanches and other relevant issues affecting local governance.
It was unanimously decided and approved that an important annual meeting will be held on Sunday, 26th October, at Deomali. All Sarpanches from the 14 blocks of Koraput district are expected to attend and make the meeting a grand success.
The responsibility of organizing and ensuring the success of this upcoming annual event has been entrusted to the respective Block Presidents.
Finally, the President expressed his gratitude to all the attending Sarpanches, brothers and sisters, from various panchayats, and concluded the day’s meeting on a positive note.
